Alexey Vertkov is a talented Russian actor whose career began in his native Novosibirsk. Born on March 31, 1982, Alexey showed an interest in theater from an early age. After graduating from high school, he enrolled in the Novosibirsk Theater School, where he began actively participating in productions at the city's Drama Theater under the direction of S. Afanasyev in 1998. This experience became an important milestone in his professional development.
In 2005, Alexey graduated from the directing department of the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS), studying in the acting group of Sergei Zhenovach's workshop. His talent and dedication were recognized, and he soon became one of the leading actors at the Studio of Theater Arts (STI). In 2018, Vertkov was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, recognizing his contribution to the development of theatrical art.
