The New Year's performance "Snegurushka" at the Bryantsev Theater is a unique event for children and their parents. The production is based on the play by Mikhail Bartenev, known for his original take on Russian folklore motifs. Director Irina Kondrashova, a graduate of VGIK and the Moscow Art Theater School, has already won recognition in the field of children's theater. Composer Vasily Tonkovidov, choreographer Irina Lyakhovskaya, designer Pavel Nikitin, and lighting designer Dmitry Zimenko also contributed to the production.
The plot offers audiences a fresh look at classic images of Russian fairy tales. The play explores stereotypes associated with characters such as Father Frost and Baba Yaga, presented in a unique light. Vivid staging and unexpected plot twists make the performance engaging and educational for the whole family.
Before the performance, young audience members will be able to enjoy a festive interlude with Father Frost and Snegurochka. Origami and face painting workshops will also be organized for children, allowing them to feel part of a magical world. Each child will receive a sweet gift, making their theater visit even more memorable.
Attending the New Year's performance "Snegurushka" at the Bryantsev Theater is a wonderful opportunity to spend time with family and immerse themselves in the holiday spirit. Tickets for the performance are available for purchase on our website.
